To the last detail.
Develop your glass perfume bottle with the cap, decoration and box in mind. YIJIN PACK helps you turn a reference or drawing into a packaging brief ready for sampling.

you already have.
A model code, a reference image or your own drawing. Each gives us a different starting point for the same conversation.

Set the colour and finish.
Discuss a coated colour and the level of coverage you want. Share a colour reference and the bottle model so the finish can be reviewed together.
Place your artwork on the glass.
Screen printing adds logos and text to the bottle surface. The shape, print area and artwork detail guide the decoration discussion.
Give the logo a metallic finish.
Discuss a foil logo or decorative detail for your selected bottle. Confirm the artwork size, position and foil colour at the sample stage.
Create a metallic surface finish.
Explore electroplating options for your selected bottle or cap. Share a finish reference so we can discuss the metallic colour, coverage and compatibility with the chosen component.
Finish feasibility and the final appearance are confirmed against the selected bottle and sample.
Develop the parts
as one package.
The closure and box need to suit the bottle you choose. Include them in the brief from the beginning.

A few practical questions.
Can you work from a photo or reference sample?
A photo, drawing or sample is a useful starting point. Include the target capacity and quantity so we can discuss the development route and the details still needed.
How are MOQ and lead time confirmed?
They depend on the bottle route, finish, components and quantity. Ask for a project-specific quote and schedule once the packaging requirements are clear.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Share the bottle model and what you need to evaluate. Sample availability, development charges and freight are confirmed for your project.
What if I only need bottles or caps?
You can enquire about individual components. For caps, pumps or collars, include the bottle neck details or a reference sample so fit can be discussed.
Do I need finished artwork to begin?
You can start with a visual reference. Final artwork, colours and dimensions are needed before decoration is confirmed for production.
